       The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international not for-profit, multi-stakeholder organization established in 1993 to promote responsible management of the world’s forests. Its main tools for achieving this are standard setting, certification and labeling of forest products. Pudumjee Hygiene Products are made from Raw materials that comply with FSC standereds.

       Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a global process control system designed to enhance food safety by identifying and preventing physical, chemical and biological hazards in food production. HACCP includes steps to prevent problems before they occur and to correct problems as soon as they are detected. HACCP is widely recognized as the most effective approach to producing safe food.

It is a well documented system that ensures consistency and improvement of working practices, including the products and services produced. They are based on standards, which specify a procedure for achieving effective quality management. ISO 9001 is the most commonly used international standard that provides a framework for a Quality Management System.

       We also have the ISO 14001 certification for our Environmental Management System. An Environmental Management System (EMS) provides a framework for managing environmental impact so they become more efficient and more integrated well into overall business operations.     ISO 22000 Certification for a Food Safety Management System
    		  
       Our convertors have the ISO 22000: 2005 Certification. This makes our kitchen rolls extremely safe to handle with food. The ISO 22000 is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization dealing with food safety. Food safety is linked to the presence of food-borne hazards in food at the point of consumption. Since food safety hazards can occur at any stage in the food chain it is essential that adequate control be in place. Therefore, a combined effort of all parties through the food chain is required. The most effective food safety systems are established, operated and updated within the framework of a structured management system and incorporated into the overall management activities of the organization. ISO 22000 integrates the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system and application steps developed by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.

       Pudumjee Hygiene’s international range of tissue products is manufactured using high quality imported pulp that is Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF). This ensures that the tissue is totally hygienic and bacteria free.  
     
    100 % Recycled Fibers
    		  
        Pudumjee Hygiene’s natural range of towels and tissues is made from 100% recycled fibers. These fibers are derived from high quality waste paper grades imported mainly from USA and Europe and processed in a sophisticated recycling plant, using environment friendly hydrogen peroxide in pulp bleaching.
